Zortrax Inventure has a system of soluble supports, a closed heating chamber and a built-in HEPA filter. Soluble support material
Z-SUPPORT Premium is a support material based on BVOH, which is completely soluble in water. The Zortrax DSS station is a device that removes supports. The station introduces water into the circulation at the optimum temperature to achieve the best level of dissolution.
Remove the model from the work tray and immerse it in the water inside the Zortrax DSS.
Pull the model out of the Zortrax DSS station. In some cases it will be necessary to use the brush included in the kit to remove the remaining support material.
Carefully dry the model when the supporting material is already dissolved. And that would be enough. Support material no longer exists.
PVA soluble support filament, water can almost entirely remove support structures from between tightly interlocked parts. That's why Zortrax Inventure comes in handy when you need 3D printing for prototyping in engineering.
It's been designed around an enclosed, heated printing chamber to 3D print highly resilient ABS-based filaments with PLA-like dimensional accuracy. We have also introduced Z-SUPPORT Plus, a unique high-temperature PVA material designed to work with Z-ULTRAT Plus, one of the most resilient ABS-based filaments in our range.
